trying to create a database on SoftLayer hosted site

Hello,

I have only used GoDaddy to create databases for my wordpress sites in the past.

Now I am trying to use a client’s hosting company, which is called SoftLayer, and there is not an easy interface to create a new Database.

They also don’t have cPanel installed. I’m kind of lost. Could someone help me by telling me how you create a new database and user without an easy interface, like the one GoDaddy offers?
