Trying to create an account but i get an error “Something went wrong”

I have the same issue.

Can you tell us exactly when this happens?
When you try to create an account or anytime later – like when you select plan etc.?

I am getting the same. When I try to create an account, setting up the plugin. If I can create an account elsewhere, please let me know.
I have the plugin installed now, but I want to register for the extra functionality, so I click ADd Compliance Features (in the plugin settings), which takes me to here:

I choose the Live Setup on the left, and Compliance Account.
Pick my options, then add my email address and password.

If I make a mistake with both passwords, it alerts me fine, but if I get it right, it then says something’s not right and can’t do anything else.
I am definitely not already registered, I have tried a different email address too.

For others who are also having this issue – the error is because the weakness in password. I believe it needs 8 characters + capital in your password.

I am having the same problem too. I tried signing in through plugin and website. Both of them says something went wrong. I tried various passwords, so I don’t think it is related to weakness in password. I think there is a problem on the server side.

Add me to the list of users unable to log in through the plugin AND directly at the website ─ and I have had an account for possibly a couple of years, so my password did pass muster before. It is comprised of a blend of upper case (2) and lower case (9) letters, three numerals, and one keyboard character.

I will try further over the next few days; but if I am not going to be able to log in to amend any settings ─ which actually seems to be a truly unnecessary requirement ─ then the plugin will be virtually useless to me, claiming as it does that I have failed three of the four categories in the Compliance check.

Sorry for the issue. We’ve been experiencing a problem with one of the APIs. It’s been fixed already. All you need to do is to re-save the settings and it should work again.
