Trying to duplicate WP site, unable to login admin or see login page

Trying to clone wp site but a few things don’t work right, here’s the link it generates when i visit wp-admin
https://192.168.0.2/wp-admin/192.168.0.2/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2F192.168.0.2%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

I’m not really sure where it got the second 192.168.0.2 from
When I correct the link and get logged in but the style sheets aren’t loaded.

Also some of the plugins are causing white death screen. I havn’t determined which one(s) yet.

any ideas?
