trying to find plugin- hide comments feature

plugin feature:

it would hide the comment form until the user clicked a button to reveal it.

basicaly it would make the comment form into one sentence:

“would you like to comment?”

then when you clicked it the comment form appeared below the post without the page reloading.

it would help save clutter.

note: this was only for the ‘post comment’ form, it didnt hide the list of posted comments.
