Trying to get Popup Maker Overlay to work

    Good afternoon;
    I have a form that I made with Gravity Forms that I want to display as a popup with an overlay at the following link: https://www.gacapus.com/r/eligibility-gravity/

    Currently, the contents of the popup seem to show but without the overlay to focus the user on the form. Click on the blue button labeled “Find out if you are eligible” to run the popup instance. I’m using WP 4.2.4 and a theme created with the Cherry Framework. Can anyone assist me with getting this to work properly?
