Trying to get single category to display on Page

Hello, I am having a lot of trouble and have searched and tried many different things.
I think what i am trying to do is to specific so i thought i would try here.

What i am trying to do is Display all the posts from a specific category into a Page.

The category is videos and the page is videos.

I just want all my posts from the category VIDEOS to be displayed on my VIDEO Page.

I tried using the menu and adding the video category to my menu but i still want to be able to put texts, and pictures, in the page also.

Another problem i am having:
Whenever i add a new page it displays all of my posts.
I have my posts page set to My Blog Page so i am not sure why it is doing this.

I tried using a “category to page plugin” but it still will only display all my posts.

No matter what i try the only thing i can get to display on a page is all of my posts.

Any help would be much appreciated.
