Trying to Load a New Free theme

Hi–I am experimenting with the free plugin. I am trying to load a theme. When I create a new newsletter–I load the them–but I only get the top image–i don’t get the remaining sections of the theme.

When you use a theme as default—I should get the entire theme template?

What am i missing?
