Trying to make a Auto classifieds site.

I am new when it comes to word press so I am not sure I can make the website with all the features I need with word press. I am trying to make a car classifieds website where car dealers or anybody trying to sell their cars could advertise it on my site. The features I need are as follows.

1. A customer login where they can add, edit or delete their inventory

2. Different ad packages. For example a customer can pick if they want silver, gold, platinum packages. Silver package will be for one car $5. Gold package 150 cars or less for $50. Platinum package 151 CARS and up for $80.

3. Need to allow dealers to add a data feed of their cars to my website. This is the most important feature i need. I need to allow the car dealers to provide me with their data feeds so they may upload all their vehicle one shot.

If anyone could let me know if word press can help me accomplish this. I am sure I am going to need theme and a at least a couple of plugins. Any hep would be greatly appreciated.
