Trying to make an extremely customized menu

  • Is there anyway to insert code like the following:

    <span class=”sdt_link”>Services:</span> <span class=”sdt_descr”>How can I help you?</span>

    for the title of a post or a page?

    I tried it and put the css code to correspond in; however, the site is not changing according to the css code that I put in.

    Is there anyway to insert and include above code into the title parts of pages and posts within wordpress.

    The second question, is how can one include jquery code or scripts to a running wordpress environment?
