Trying to make post counts or category counts clickable

    I am trying to figure out how I can move the post counts or category counts inside of the <a href> to make them clickable with the category name.

    I have searched for where this code is written and cannot locate it. I tried searching the forum with no luck.

    Will someone please let me know how I can make the post counts or category counts clickable or where the code is located that writes the <a href>.
