Trying to make this cool rotating slider

Hi, I would love to make a slider type thing, it would display 4 pictures always, as you click the side arrow and/or mouse over each picture, you could click and make it rotate to that picture. I found something like what I would like on the canadadrives.ca website.

I’m wondering if there’s any plugins for WP that might do this type of thing? Or where I might be able to find a developer that could quote on making it.
