Trying to not have the title be all caps, and how to change background color.

  • Under ‘appearance’ in the WordPress control panel, I am in the editor, and see the various template headings and css stylesheet thing, but I don’t see where the ‘title’ option is to change the title from all caps to a default value of both caps and lowercase (whatever the user types)… Does anyone know?

    Also, does anyone know how to change the background color of the main body of the page… It’s currently set to white or an off white, but I seek to enter the numerical code for a different color.
