Trying to preload fonts.googleapis

Hi, newbie/beginner troubles:
i am trying to
preload as font with mime type woff2the following link related to google fonts:https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Source+Sans+Pro%3A300%2C400%2C500%2C600%2C700%7CLato%3A300%2C400%2C500%2C700%2C900%7CRaleway%3A300%2C400%2C500%2C700%2C900%7CRaleway&subset=latin%2Clatin-exti have crossorigin checked and it doesnt seem to be working
getting this error:
Error parsing request: Control character error, possibly incorrectly encoded. Please contact support to resolve this issue.Maybe i am doing something wrong?
Note: Dont have any caching plugins installed

@rayman8630 Try setting the link to ‘https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Source+Sans+Pro%3A300%2C400%2C500%2C600%2C700%7CLato%3A300%2C400%2C500%2C700%2C900%7CRaleway%3A300%2C400%2C500%2C700%2C900%7CRaleway&subset=latin%2Clatin-ext’. The link you are preloading is only different by a single character.
Also I would suggest opening up developer tools on your site and looking at the Console tab. https://imgur.com/gallery/ho8Ex7q
