White screen on page update, Can’t reach support

  • I have contacted support through the Timeline Express website 3 times now and still have not received a reply. The timeline is great for the most part, but I would not have paid for it if I knew issues would not be addressed at all. Currently when updating any page containing the timeline shortcode, the page does not redirect back to itself for editing, but instead stalls on a white screen. Assistance with this would be great. Thank you.
