    Hi,

    Thanks. That link worked and I can now get to my dashboard and API key. Unfortunately when I copy and paste the key into my site and click save. I get the following error:

    Error: Error while connecting: couldn’t connect to host (#7)

    Hi again,

    If you’re getting that error then something is preventing you from connecting to the API, for example a firewall or a security policy. It might therefore be good to contact your hosting provider to see if anything is in place that could block the connection. If there is, they will need to whitelist our API domain https://api.tinify.com
