Trying to remove author, date and time FAIL

Hello All,

I have been trying to rid the author date and time where the comment box is from the blofolife pro theme but haven’t had any success. I looked at all the other forms and nothing has helped solve me problem. I was editing in the page.php section and took a few things out to see what changes would be made. This ended up in not being able to load or view my pages besides my static home page. Whenever I try to click a link on my page it just doesn’t load. Any help? What can I add back to the page.php to restore?
