trying to remove pages header from sidebar menu??

Can anyone tell me how to remove the heading ‘pages’ over the sidebar menu. basically I just want the pages (links ) to display and not the heading the word ‘Pages’ over it .
Somebody please answer and restore my faith in this forum??
From what I can see there are no moderaters and no one evr replies.
I have only been working with Word Press for a few weeks and have had to dig deep to get anywhere and trying to get answers from anyone is a nightmare..and rarely happens or never happens for me on this forum anyway?
