Trying to restore a wordpress site from a backup, getting errors.

Hi,
I had a wordpress site that I was happy with, decided to back it up using the Softaculous backup tool because I wanted to put it on a different domain. My web host says my current hosting must be reset if i want to change a domain so I let them reset after I had backed up.

I am now coming across problems and I don’t know how to fix them, I have paid someone on Fiverr to help me but they are having trouble too. Please could someone help me, it would be very appreciated.
