    Hello,

My products imported but realised all the weights where wrong. So we fixed that, but now all the products in Google Merchant Centre are wrong.

So I’ve gone to the Connection Test page, and tried to ‘Sync All Products:’
However this throws me a “There has been a critical error on this website.”

If I switch on async, it ‘schedules’ it but the schedule fails due to a ‘no callback’.

If I try to sync just a single product, that’s fine and works successfully. But we have a LOT of products and I’d prefer to bulk do it.

    Any advice would be great!

    Hello 7design,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

To help troubleshoot this, could you please record a short video showing the steps leading to the critical error on the website? Normally, connection or sync issues shouldn’t trigger a critical error, so seeing the exact process would help in diagnosing the problem.

Additionally, if you could share a screenshot or video where the “no callback” error occurs during the scheduled sync, that would be helpful. You can use tools like Loom or Awesome Screenshot to capture this.

Let me know once you have that, and I’ll assist you further!

    Best regards.

How where you able to Resync products ?
