Trying to Set a Static Page in 3.3.1

  • I am trying to set a static page, but that option is not available inside the Reading Settings where it usually is. Has that option been changed, moved, or deleted in 3.3.1? I even did a Re-install inside WordPress updates, but the option is still missing.

  • AFAIK, the option has not been moved or changed. Did you try disabling all plugins or using a different theme?

    You need to create at least one page that you wish to set as your static front page in order for options to be there.

    Same situation. i have created My Front Page. In all the tutorials, In Reading Settings, I am supposed to see “your latest posts” and “A static page” but they are not there.
