• Posting this in my www.ads-software.com account that has been long standing.

I have tried multiple variations of bgiadmin followed by numbers as the account, but the site rejects all my efforts.

When I try to login using one of those accounts I get account not registered, so I am not using a pre-existing account.

    my current iteration in bgiadmin85.

Can someone help me figure out what is happening here?

“admin” is not allowed as part of usernames here.

Also, would you mind clarifying why you’re trying to create a second account here? A www.ads-software.com account is not required to interact with WordPress sites.

Also, unless you’re establishing a business account, we only allow one account per individual: https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#do-not-create-multiple-accounts-sockpuppets

So, if it will be a second individual account, please let me know when it’s established so I can deactivate this account (otherwise, when caught, both accounts will be deactivated).

    1. Perhaps when the system rejects an account, it should tell me that having “admin” in the name is not allowed.
    2. I am running goldysbrand.com because it is my account. I am TRYING to setup billguldenschuhimqging.com for my son. So HOW do i do this? Back when I created my personal account, I had no idea that my son would need a wordpress account for his photography site.

    1. It’s a security measure, so it’s purposefully not designed to hand out the reason for the rejection.
    2. www.ads-software.com is where we develop and support the WordPress software. You don’t need an account here to run a WordPress site, you only need an account here if you want to contribute to the project or ask for support.

To install WordPress on a new site, use your hosting provider’s automated WordPress installer. There are a few different ones out there, and we have them all detailed at https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/use-automated-installation/

Alternatively, you can install WordPress manually with your hosting provider if they don’t offer an automated installer: https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/how-to-install-wordpress/

He doesn’t need an account for any WordPress site at all. A www.ads-software.com account is not helpful, in any way, for setting up a WordPress site.
