Trying to Transfer to www.ads-software.com from .com

Hi all! I need some help. I am trying to transfer my site to a self-hosted one through wp.org but my .com dashboard is still overriding everything. I’m unsure of what to do. I have changed the nameservers, installed wp through my host, etc. but I still can’t get wp.org to activate. Any advice is welcome.
