Trying to Visibly Hide Member Only or Logged In Content

Great plugin. If you checkout my website https://www.workoutanywhere.net/blog , the bottom right of my sidebar (Fit Tracking) and down should be hidden. How do I make these blocks completely hidden from the public and visible to logged in members?
