Trying to work on a second website

hello, so i kinda used wamp to work on wordpress thus i made my first website locally on my laptop.

now i want to make another website with out needing to remove the one i already made, the problem is i have no idea how to do so, i tried creating a new folder and doing the same steps i did for the old website, but sadly it didn’t work when i tried going to “localhost” and pressing on the new project i made it just wouldn’t give me a configuration option like it used to.

can some give me a step to step method on how to do so maybe i’m missing something.
