TStrange problem … images not showing … but links to images working

Thank you for reaching out to us for support. I can see the feed working as intended on the site, there are a couple of reasons that are the reason you can’t see the images:

• You are using a plugin/extension in your browser for Privacy or Adblocking
• You are using Firefox which has both Enhanced Tracking Protection and Facebook Container which you must allow the site in to display images.

In this case, I believe the most likely case is the Firefox Facebook Container which you can allow your site in, like so: https://a.supportally.com/Oswviq

I use FireFox and did have Facebook Container installed… without Facebook Container its working ??

I ahve a similar issue, except, when I activate your Instagram plugin, my gallery images don’t show (instead of the Insta images not showing). I’ve turned off tracking protection for my site?! Please advise (I really would like to use both plugins – wp media folders and your one). Thanks very much.

Thank you for asking us for support. I don’t believe this issue is related at all to the above, but most likely due to a conflict with a Lazy Loading feature from a plugin or theme. Please send us a support request on our site including the System Info from our plugin so that we can better assist you in this.
