    Hi,

    this is normal , as you are using Apache webserver, LiteSpeed Cache plugin requires LiteSpeed webserver to use caching , on non-LiteSpeed , it will only act as page optimization , but not page caching.

    you can also try to use our CDN solution https://quic.cloud , which will enables you to cache pages at CDN node
