    Dear Support,

My site has suddenly became slower after I’ve emptied all caches in W3 total cache plugin’s settings. The TTFB on the admin menu pages (occuring randomly, not always), is more than 5 seconds long, sometimes even more than 10 seconds long. The occurence is totally random, it even occurs in almost empty pages (simple select query from an almost empty simple database table).
I’ve tried disabling plugins and the problem suddenly disappeared after I’ve turned W3 total cache off. The problem came back again, when I’ve turned it on. The high load happens around every 5-6 page loads. It could be more or less, it happens seemingly randomly, there is no real pattern. I do not want to start using another plugin now. Could you please help me?

    Best Regards,

    Peter

    Dear Support,

I’ve disabled w3 total cache because of the lack of response, but it seems like it did not fix the problem after all. Turns out I just had a lucky streak last time when I’ve disabled w3 total cache as the problem did not occur for like 10-15 consecutive clicks. Now the problem is there again, even though w3 total cache is disabled. I will search for another culprit, sorry for your time.

    Best Regards,
    Peter
