ttlb and litespeed

    Nothing, because TTFB (Time To First Byte, not last byte :)) doesn’t depend on web server. To decrease it the distance between client and host must be closer (try quic.cloud by LiteSpeed) and hosting needs more power.

    The difference between TTFB and TTLB is usually minor, except when the HTML page has an high page weight. That means the less data have to transfer the smaller is the TTLB. LiteSpeed web server already does what is necessary to reduce data by compressing the transfered data. With cache plugin functions you can compress data (css, javascript, HTML), but the most success to reduce the amount of data is to reduce it itself. This is part of your theme. Use less css and javascript and optimize images, so you already have what you need. You must only use cache plugin features.
