Tumblr to WordPress

I imported my blog from tumblr so the url was domain.com/post/numbers/posttitle.

I can’t figure out how to remove the post and numbers and redirect to the post name. I keep getting a redirect loop with: .*/post/\d+/(.*) ==> $1
