Tumblr Widget not updating

    Hi I installed the widget yesterday and everything appeared to be working well – but today the widget is not updating with new posts on tumblr.
    Am I doing something wrong?

    I have tried clearing the browser cache etc. plus have tried to ‘force’ an update by changing the settings in the widget but with the exception of changing the number of posts showing in the widget – new posts since last night don’t appear.

    Thanks for posting. I’ve started hearing about this problem in the past week or two—it seems to have to do with Tumblr sending cached data. I’ll try to figure out a workaround.

    Thanks – good to know I am not the only one

    Appears to update once every 24hrs

    Really like the widget – looks great on my website – I need to do some work on the CSS for the text to look better, but the images look great.

    Just for my information: have you been using the plugin for a while, or did you also first install it in the past week or so?

    This appears to be updating now.

    I have not changed anything (and I couldn’t, without you clicking Update in the Dashboard) but a quick test here suggests that Tumblr is now updating API data once a minute, rather than every 24 hours as appeared to be the case for a while. Fingers crossed that they keep it this way!
