• I have an website that will work with reservation of tour for Tuk Tuks. I will try to explain as best I can. The following is:

    1. I have 3 Tuk Tuks.
    2. Hours from 10am to 7pm.
    3. Each Tuk Tuk takes 4 people .
    4. There are 5 Tours.
    a. Tour A lasts 1 hour
    b. Tour B lasts 2 hours
    c. Tour C lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes
    d. Tour D lasts 3 hours
    e. Tour E lasts 4 hours
    5. If there is a reservation at 10am on 12/12/19 of Tour A with 2 people:
    a. If someone is going to book and target more than 8 people, they must
display on the calendar “Not Available” at this time, because each TukTuk takes a
    maximum of 4 people each.
    b. This TukTuk will only be available after 2 hours (compensation for
    delays).
    c. There are 2 left TukTuks.
    6. If there is another reservation at 10am on 12/12/19 of Tour B with 6 people:
    a. 2 tuktuk will be used, leaving none left as the other is already busy.
    b. These 2 TukTuks will be available again after 3 hours.
    7. If anyone tries to book at 10am on 12/12/19, after the above bookings:
    a. Must display on calendar as “not available” to block reservations for
that time as all 3 TukTuks are already busy.
    8. At 12pm the first Tuk Tuk is available.
    9. If someone tries to book a tour for 5 or more people at 12pm on 12/12/19, they
cannot, therefore, the TukTuk take up to 4 people.
    10. On 12/12/19 at 1pm the two TukTuks will be available again the two Tuk Tuk that
    made the Tour B.
    11. At 1pm if a group of 12 people (maximum) wants to book a tour, with the 3 Tuk
Tuks Available, they must add the tour 3 times to the cart.

Can I define things well and the plugin automatically update the calendar with all these rules?

I hope it wasn’t too confusing.
