Turkish characters corrupted

  • Friends, I have a blog in English (WP 3.0.3.), https://cesme-info.com where I also want to occasionally use Turkish words. A lot of specifically Turkish letters such as ? or ? get corrupted and, when I save, appear as ? etc. I don’t want a Turkish codex. I just want to write these Turkish letters without any corruption. What can I do? Thanks a lot for the help.
