Turn captions On or Off in individual Photograti galleries only

Hi Gurus,

I have a photoblog website, using WP4.1, with Photocrati Theme 4.8.2. I have a number of galleries. What I would like to do is to turn the captions on in particular galleries. I do not want to turn captions on using the Gallery Settings under Theme Options, which should affect all galleries on my website. Photo blogs are usually self-explanatory, and frankly it is a chore to label all the photos. How can I do this? Thanks!
