Turn Dreamweaver website into WordPress

I’m used to creating websites by designing them in photoshop, then exporting the slices to dreamweaver. I then use Dreamweaver’s designer mode to complete the website.

I like the WordPress’ CMS but I can’t create a theme from scratch.

Is it possible to export the codes from Dreamweaver and use it on an existing WordPress theme (template) so that the resulting wordpress website looks exactly like the original Dreamweaver site? Thanks and God bless!
