Turn off comments by default

Hello,

Really liking the plugin thank you.

Is there a way though of making “comments” on questions and answers off? Basically just want the people only to be able to post a question and then answer it.

I know I can turn them off manually but no matter what I do I cant get them to default to not allowing comments.

any suggestions would be great.
