Turn Off Default Category Display

NOOBIE To/Using WooCommerce and can not find a way to “turn off” the “Default Category Display”. Woocommerce docs have nothing on it and Google search shows nothing promising.

Ideally “Categories” should never display in the store unless a “DataGrid” is used with “collapsible” rows then by category and category then expands on “clicking” the category, to show products in the category in expanded rows.

Anyway this “Default Category Display” is currently showing in my Store and I can not have this in the current display method; so must turn it off. Right now “categories” for products can only relate to “SEARCH”, which in my case is a.) Category, b.) Slogan, c.) Key Word, d.) Tag.

Immediate help will be appreciated!
