You can use plugins like Stop Emails or Disable Emails but I don’t think you’ll be able to choose turning off only the posts notification emails to subscribers. I guess that WordPress would send no emails at all, meaning you won’t get the admin emails also.
Unless you delete your subscribers? I’m not sure it would be a good idea.
