Turn off mobile theme in Jetpack 2.3

I have Jetpack 2.3 and WordPress 3.5.2 installed on my system. I am looking to develop a mobile theme for my site and would like to switch off the Jetpack mobile theme. However, there are no instructions in the Configure section. Can someone please help me to switch it off?
