    Good morning,

    Is it possible for the field not to turn red when an invalid EU VAT number is entered?

    The reason is that a customer who is not a business and not registered on the VIES platform will always have their VAT number marked as invalid, causing the field to turn red. This can be confusing for customers.

    Please check version 2.12.11 and try enabling the option:
    Validation & Progress > Remove validation color

    In my particular case, after following your steps and activating the new option, the issue persists. Specifically, the field still turns red when the number is invalid in the VIES system. As you mentioned, this might be related to the theme, which in this test case is Woodmart.
