Turn off trigger

    HI,
    I don’t want the popup to be triggered by one of the rules only if someone clicks the link that I will set up using the example on the faq.
    How can I eliminate any rule?

    Hi, you can set the trigger method to “manual triggering”. So it will only be triggered if you use any click method.

    What should I be using for the Popup Display Rules – I have set the trigger to manual and used a link, but it still is not working

    It depends on where you want to show the popup. The default show be :
    Show popup if Page type is equal to All pages.

    Could you share a url where you are trying? Maybe you got some javascript errors.
