Turn Off UPS as Shipping Option

    I must be missing the setting. I cannot find where you would turn off a shipper in this new plugin. We do not have UPS coming to our remote location, so USPS is the only option. I have no desire to have screen clutter or load times due to a carrier and rates I cannot use. How can I deactivate or stop UPS from showing up during the shipping process?

    PS: I did see a checkbox to hide it, but I don’t want (and shouldn’t have to) select that each time.

    Hi @rebeccagill,

    Thanks for reaching out! If you’re referring to the label purchase process, you can simply ignore the UPS option. Since there are no live UPS rates displayed on the checkout page for customers, it won’t impact their experience.

    If you meant something else, could you please provide a bit more details?
