Turn page into secondary blog

I write a basketball blog (https://pistonsnationblog.com) and I was wondering is there some way to create a page for content that doesn’t really go the main blog stuff?

I know how to create a page, but I want to know if that page can work like a secondary blog? When I do a post I want to option to publish it to the main blog page or the secondary blog page.
