• I am trying to turn reftagger off on just one page of my wordpress site.

I am building that particular page with instabuilder and reftagger is messing with my plans for that page.

I do not want to turn it off for the whole site, nor for a particular type of element.

I want to turn it off on only one particular page.

How would I go about doing that?

    Thanks,

    Jon

  • if you find the answer to this, I’d like to know as well…

If you go to reftagger.com you can customize a javascript code block instead of using the WP plugin.

There, in advanced settings, you can set a CSS class to exclude reftagger from, whereas with the plugin you can only exclude from tags like H1, H2, H3, etc.

So if you are able to add that class to your particular page, it should exclude reftagger.

That works best if you’re adding the javascript code to your entire site. Alternatively, you can just add it to the pages you want it on.

I have a page that I need it turned off on as well, but still active for the rest of my site. Would LOVE to know how to do this or see if developers would add this feature. Very useful!
