turning urls into images

Ok, this may sound a bit complicated and not sure if this is the right place to ask, but here goes.

I am trying to generate a report where i can have 450 urls that are turned into images. These urls come from excel.

please bare with me. The logos on the report would stay the same each time and the main url would stay the same, it would just be the post part of the url that would change. so for example

this is a url. https://www.testurl.com this would stay the same for each report, then the second part would change, /greatnewarticle

so the main url would stay the same and the only difference would be the post name.

There would be 450 different main urls but the post name would be the same. so for example

https://www.testurl.com/greatnewarticle
https://www.niceurl.com/greatnewarticle

so i am trying to find a system, plugin, or some other way of quickly having the list of urls go into the correct images on the report.
