    Hi there,

I am currently using the plugin “WebData Distance Based Fee for WooCommerce” and it works perfectly!

However, I can not find anywhere how much turnover has been received for the delivery costs. Since this is different per order, I cannot base this on the number of orders.

    Where can I find this?

    Hi,

I am not exactly sure what do you mean by turnover, but you can see the total shipping costs and other order details by clicking the order number in the orders view.

    So for example:

1 sell a product for €100 including tax and shipping costs.
The shipping cost is for example €5,11 based on the adres location.

I cannot find these delivery costs in the statistics because under WooCommerce> reports the delivery costs are at 0 (zero).

The only solution I can think of now is to go through all orders 1 by 1 and register the delivery costs. But since we are already on 1500+ orders, this is an impossible task.

I need the numbers to register for the tax office in my register.

You should be able to see the fee amount in the reports, however it won’t be on shipping costs, it is in the total sum fields, with and without taxes.

This is how WooCommerce generates the reports. There may be plugins available at www.ads-software.com which will generate more detailed reports. I suggest you to take a look at here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/

I dont see any fee on the reports, why am I not seeing this?
And if I need to install another plugin, wich one do you recommend?

I find it kind of odd that there is no data for this anywhere …
Does it get stored in the database?

Plugin uses WooCommerce’s add_fee function. It is not a shipping cost fee, but more like an additional fee for the total sum of the order, and you also should be able to see the fee amount in the order total sum on WooCommerce’s reports.

But maybe this plugin could be more suitable for your needs: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/webdata-custom-shipping-methods-for-woocommerce/

It calculates the distance based cost to the total sum of the shipping costs.
