The TUTO theme is really an excellent theme. However, I’d like to move away from the overall Grey/Red. I haven’t been able to figure it out at this time.

What’s the CSS section that would require modification OR custom CSS to be added? A little assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve managed to change the colour on the actual post, but however, the colour remains on the front static page and every one of the main menu link pages.

I’m still working my way through the CSS, but damn there’s lots of content in there.

Ok maybe not… It showed up for a new post for, but upon a cache clean up it goes back to red.

    Hi guaym2,

thanks for using Tuto WordPress theme and we’re happy that you like it.

There is no special section in the stylesheet that covers all the colors. The best thing you could do is to create a custom child theme and then go through the stylesheet and copy & paste the sections that you want to customize to the stylesheet of your child theme and change the colors as you like.

Instead of using a child theme, you could also make use of plugins like: Simple Custom CSS.

    Thanks, MH Themes,

Unfortunately, anything I’ve tried at the moment doesn’t seem to work. The colours (say for links, read more etc). Still remains the same even after adding customs CSS, clearing, cache and using several browsers to test.

I seem to have corrected the problem I was facing, seems to be related to a plugin that persists on using an OLD style.css even after clearing the cache. Upon deactivating the plugin in question the site shows up all around with the modifications I’ve made to the style.css from within the theme folder.

Great, we’re happy that you’ve found what was causing your issue. Please mark this thread as resolved – thanks.

    Hi!

Can you said me the code CSS to change the color red of the web in blue? Thanks

There’s several sections in the style.css I’m unfortunately not using that theme anymore. When I have a minute I’ll lookup the code portion.

@ifernagu: You could create a child theme and then copy all elements with color #f22612 from the stylesheet of the parent theme to your child theme and change the color as you like.

By the way, if you have any questions, please always open your own thread in the forums, thanks: https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/tuto/#new-post
