Tutor LMS 2.0 Page no loading

    A few days ago, there was a problem that the website course page did not load.
    The home page loads, but the course page does not.

    When I inquired on themeum chat, I got the answer that it was because Tutor LMS was not updated to 2.0.

    I purchased an additional Tutor LMS license and updated it to 2.0, but the page still does not load.

    And I am currently using docent pro theme, and I recently purchased it again to update the license, but the license key is not registered. It says Valid license required and says Product slug in required.

    Please give a detailed answer.
