Ok, I really first want to say that this is a good free plugin, and I am not yet using the pro version, but hope to upgrade in the future. For the most part I’ve been able to integrate it well with elementor’s templates to customize the style of the various tutor lms pages. The issue I’m having is with the dashboard page.

I created an elementor template for the dashboard page. I added my header menus and footer template, a title above the dashboard shortcode section, as well as a global widget for a “quick exit” button, as we are domestic violence website. I inserted the dashboard shortcode in between the title and footer.

If you view my live page you’ll see that the header menu portion appears and so does the dashboard. However, the title, quick exit button widget, and my footer do not show up on the live page.

    I have tried the following:

    1. Adjusting the Z-index putting the shortcode as 1 and everything else higher at 2-4.

    2. My footer settings are enabled – the footer works on every other page of my website, as does the quick exit widget. You should be able to click on any other link to view these elements.

    3. I have entered the shortcode both in a text editor and the shortcode widget and both produce the same result.

I’m a beginner when it comes to editing the code, but with enough detailed instruction on how to get to it and where to find the code to edit and what code to put in, if this is a coding issue, I can figure it out. Thanks!!

  • Hello @sarahgrace0385

As the dashboard required login I would request you to send an email to [email protected].

    Kind Regards.

I am also having issue using short code on my Elementor based pages. I designed the “student registration” page and then put the short code into it. The headers and footers appear correctly but the middle of the page only has the registration form and not any of the designed elements.

    Dear @aum001

I am very sorry, you can’t show custom content on the registration page and dashboard page. Maybe in the future, we will add this feature.

    Thank you.

I have the same problem, could you fix this!

    Hi @pliniohenrique

I am very sorry to say that you can’t design the Tutor LMS default pages using Elementor. ( Dashboard, Student Registration, and Instructor Registration).

    Thank you!
    Best Regards,
