Unfortunately, we can’t add code specific to maintain compatibility with every plugin that exists, as that would create a bloated theme.
In such cases with 3rd party compatibilities, we advise users to check if the same thing happens with other popular themes, and if the problem persists to reach out to the developers of the plugin.
And even if it happens with Hestia only, as this functionality is from the plugin we recommend reporting to the developers of it to see if they can address the problem from their end. If there is nothing they can do they can share what they think is a problem that stops their functionality specifically in our theme.
