Tutorial: Add on Xmas snow effect on WordPress

I have just add on the snow effect on my wordpress site.
I would like to share this to wordpress user.

Installation:
1. Unzip the file
2. Upload the files inside the zip file to wordpress directory. (replace index.php)
3. Enjoy the add on effect.
